Psychologists and art therapists confirme that being creative can increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and even improve immune system functioning.  


We aim to promote the art of well-being by supporting everybody's creativity, in all areas. 


Do you write poems? You play music? You like films? Do you write codes? Develop advertising campaigns? Come up with unique recipes? Sew or knit? Decorate tablescapes? Do crossword puzzles or fill in adult coloring books? Doodle during meetings? Then by most modern standards, you’re creative!!


We aim to build a network where those who engage in creativity find support and impetus to move forward- towards the realization of their projects!
